The rumours of Robbie Brady's ascension from the Championship to the Champions League football look to be true after reports in the Norwich press today saying that one of Ireland's best players at Euro 2016 has opened talks with the Premiership champions.

The fire sale at recently relegated Norwich City has already begun with Nathan Redmond joining Southampton and it looks set that his fellow wide-man Brady will follow him out the door sooner rather than later now that Ireland's elimination from Euro 2016 has been confirmed.

Norwich boss Alex Neill is said to be holding out for an offer of £12 million (€14.3 million) for their prized asset, who has also been linked with Hull City.

Claudio Ranieri is eager to strengthen his squad ahead of Leicester's debut in the European elite next season and has already been bouyed by Jamie Vardy's decision to snub Arsenal in favour of signing a new contract at the King Power Stadium.

Meanwhile, Watford's Troy Deeney and Burnley's former Manchester United youngster Michael Keane are also being linked with a move to Leicester.
