It didn't take long for new Man United manager to make his first signing. The £30 million capture of Villarreal central defender Eric Bailly was made in his first few days at Old Trafford, and while there was reports of how Mourinho was getting frustrated at how slow some transfer dealings were getting, it looks like he's about to bring in another.
According to Gianluca di Marzio, the deal to sign Borussia Dortmund's playmaker Henrikh Mkhitaryan is already done. The fee will be 38 million euros. Mkhitaryan will be United's first ever Armenian player, and comes off a brilliant three-year spell at Dortmund after he was signed to replace Mario Gotze.

According to the Guardian, a deal is also close for Zlatan Ibrahimovic to sign at Old Trafford following Sweden's Euro 2016 exit. Ibrahimovic and Mkhitaryan share an agent, Mino Raiola, and both deals are thought to be done or close to it after a busy Sunday. The Guardian is suggesting that Ibrahimovic has agreed financial terms, but wishes to speak to Mourinho before committing.
