Storm Roux sounds like something Jean Byrne could be talking about come November once Met Eireann have worked their way through the alphabet.
It is also the name of a New Zealand footballer who plays for Central Coast Mariners in the A-League.
On Saturday, Roux endured a freak incident which saw him fracture his leg and suffer ligament disruption. As if the pain suffered in his lower limbs was not enough, Roux also dislocated his shoulder.
It all happened after a fall in the 58th minute of the game which Roux's side lost 4-1 to Melbourne City FC.
Thank you all for the messages and support I've received. Surgery done now so looking forward to the recovery pic.twitter.com/vvK0smgjlx
