Killian Ormond was a man with a hunch. A man who was unwilling to let things lie. An intuitive sort, he wasn't rolled over by the Bebeto goal celebration against Holland at USA 94. He had a feeling something wasn't quite right.
His boss told him to let it be, to move on in life. But Killian never quite gave up the hunt. How could he?
Fast forward 20 years and finally ... finally ... it came to him. After making a shocking discovery, he didn't know where to turn. Those hoors at the Bureau? They were probably in on it from the start. There was only one group of men he knew he could trust – the men of Balls.ie

I saw that Bebeto was recreating his baby celebration from 1994 world cup and so was watching said goal against Holland on YT. There's a guy in what looks like an Offaly jersey celebrating wildly in the crowd at 0:45.
It may not be but a quick look through old Brazil club jerseys (see here) doesn't bring anything that would obviously suggest otherwise.
Excellent work Killian!**
