Paul McShane is out of favour with Hull City manager Steve Bruce at the moment. He trained with the club's U21s on Friday.
The Irish defender took the Twitter on Friday night, retweeting several Hull City fans who were unhappy with rumours he might be sold during the January transfer window.
Following Hull's defeat to Swansea on Saturday, Bruce addressed McShane's use of social media and got a little bit testy.
I could go to Twitter and tell you the reason why he’s with the Under-21s but maybe Paul can enlighten you. I’ll never go to the media or to Twitter on things which remain in-house. But maybe he’ll go on Twitter and tell the real reason why, then you’ll all know.
Here's a sample of McShane's retweets from Friday.
Did I just hear #SteveBruce say the he'd let #super @pmacca15 go to play? You know how it goes, don't sell MacShane, supe Paul MacShane.....

@pmacca15 I've heard a rumour you're leaving? I hope City have pre-warned @Humberbeat about the riot that'll happen!

What is this "real reason" for him being out of favour?
Here's the song to which that first tweet is referring.
