It's fair to say the appointment of former erstwhile Sheffield Wednesday manager Carlos Carvalhal as the man to get Swansea off the bottom of the league wasn't met with the most excitement in the world, especially among Swansea fans.
Two of them, Welsh legends Dean Saunders and John Hartson, were panelists on BT Sport Score today. While Hartson welcomed the arrival of Carvalhal, Saunders appeared as confused as some of the fans about it.
Carvalhal is a good appointment in my view it gives us stability he has got to 2 play offs under Sheffield wed and missed out .. solid likes to play into frontman. Rhodes, Fletcher, Hooper.. we have a mountain to climb but we have got to keep the faith ! SCFC 👍🏻

Trailing to Watford after 86 minutes, it seemed Saunders had the right idea. Then five minutes later, they were 2-1 up, and the Portuguese manager was a genius. Needless to say the two boys' attention strayed somewhat from the games they were supposed to be watching.
? "We are staying up, we are staying up!" ?
86 mins: Watford 1-0 Swansea
90+1 mins: Watford 1-2 SwanseaWhat a turnaround!#BTSportScore pic.twitter.com/0UsP1k2fTG

Suddenly Swansea are off the bottom of the table, at least for today. The man's a genius.
