Stan Collymore annoyed Chelsea fans with his trenchant criticism of Diego Costa tonight. He picked a row with Gary Neville on the subject and found one. See here.
He twitter feed was assailed by many Chelsea fans giving him the benefit of their opinion.
Evidently, a couple of Blues Brothers types got involved (we're assuming Collymore did not bring up Rangers unprompted) because Collymore chose to make a couple of allusions to these clubs.
The Blues Brothers business is an informal alliance between a minority of Chelsea fans and Rangers and Linfield fans, who appear to be united by a devotion to British nationalist and loyalist politics.
Collymore appeared to be alluding to it in his tweets this evening.
