Bravo to St Pats. Getting people through the gates can be a constant struggle in the League of Ireland, as we all know. Clubs have to be more proactive in their approach to enticing new fans and that's exactly what the Inchicore club are doing, this weekend at least.
With Scottish fans descending on Dublin for the crucial Euro qualifier in Saturday, Pats are offering them the chance of a two matches for the price of one deal. As long as they're wearing their kilts.

Entry to the game against Limerick on Friday will be free to anyone sporting a kilt. The club have made it clear that you don't actually have to be a Scotland fan to avail of the offer, it's open to Scots, Irish and anyone who wants to throw on the tartan and watch a bit of live football.
Not only that, there'll be a raffle for tickets to Saturday's game and shortbread and Irn Bru will be readily available form the club shop. All in all, great idea from Pats.
