Tottenham Hotspur have only gone and beaten Man City 4-1. Even Harry Kane scored!
Yes, Man United can go top this afternoon if they beat Sunderland, thanks to Spurs coming back from 1-0 to be league leaders. Pretty much every goal scored was offside (including a Spurs goal that was actually ruled out) in a match that was dull in the first half but came to life after Eric Dier's equaliser.
City's new signing Kevin De Bruyne had put them in front with his third goal in as many games but after pulling level just before the break, Spurs ramped it up in the second half.
First, Toby Alderweireld gave the home side the lead before Harry Kane scored his first of the season, from a rebound off a Christian Eriksen free-kick. With 11 minutes to go, Erick Lamela ... Yes, Erik Lamela ... scored their fourth.

This is the best I have seen Erik Lamela play for Spurs - £30million bargain

That last Spurs goal made in part by a brilliant challenge by Dier. He celebrated like he'd scored it when it went in

Wonderful work by N'Jie, and a goal for the best player on the pitch, Erik Lamela. 4-1 Spurs.

So I've got aguero who's not scoring in my fantasy football and sagna who's conceded 6 in 2 since I put him in 😔

1-4 - This was Man City’s heaviest Premier League defeat (three goal margin) since a 0-3 defeat to Liverpool in April 2011. Bump.

1962 - Tottenham scored 4+ goals in a league game against Manchester City for the first time since September 1962 (4-2). Shock.

Man City's defence (Sagna, Kolarov, Otamendi, Demichelis) won just 2 of the 15 tackles they attempted today. Woeful. pic.twitter.com/95hopyXJVL

Erik Lamela's game by numbers vs. Man City:
100% take-ons completed
