Some Of The Betting Odds For Spain Vs Tahiti Are Absurd

If you are looking to make some money at the bookies today, it is probably best to stay away from Spain vs Tahiti. Nothing was expected from Tahiti in their opening game and they duly lost 6-1, although it could have been far worse. So it's understandable that the World and European champions are heavily favoured by the bookies. Here are some of the crazy odds that Paddy Power are offering.

Spain are 1/200 to win their group clash but there are a few other ridiculous bets that emphasise just how big the gulf in class actually is.

Spain (-6) is 2/5 and Spain (-9) is a less than tempting 7/4. But the real comedy comes in the anytime goalscorer market. David Villa and Fernando Torres are 1/9 and 1/8 respectively to score while Sergio Ramos is priced ridiculously at just 11/10 to find the net. Even better, Ramos, who probably hasn't scored a hat trick in his career, is only 10/1 to bag three goals.

But there is one bet on Tahiti that you should definitely go for: Tahiti to get one or more corners tonight is evens. Definitely worth a few quid although bear in mind, you are still betting on Tahiti.
