The Sligo Rovers website was hacked this morning by a group of Palestinian activists.
The activists targeted the website of the 2012 Airtricity League champions in an effort to induce the people of Ireland to tell their government 'to know about Palestine.'
Some have questioned the effectiveness of the platform they've (as far as dissemination of their message goes) but they do warn this is not the end of it. They are not stopping at Sligo Rovers. One more thing for League of Ireland chairmen to worry about.
Former League of Ireland chairman John O'Sullivan was quick off the mark to capture the capture.
