It was a scoreline which really did a disservice to Albania.
France scored twice, late, to beat Albania 2-0 in Marseille.
The first came in the 90th minute with an Antoine Griezemann header from an Adel Rami cross. The second, from Dimitri Payet, his second of the tournament, arrived with time nearly elapsed.
Post-match, ITV cut back to the studio, showing both goals. In studio as part of ITV's analysis team was Payet's West Ham manager Slaven Bilic.
Along with the goals, ITV also broadcast Bilic's reaction. The Croat mounted the pundits' desk and threw his arms to the sky. Presumably he was elated regarding the extra millions which will be added to Payet's asking price.
With every French game at this tournament, it appears less likely for him to remain with West Ham as his desirability to bigger teams increases.
