Some of the most eye-roll inducing moments in TV history have taken place when a Sky Sports News reporter stands outside a courtroom and gives us an update on a legal battle involving someone in sport, but on bank holiday Monday we couldn't help but laugh out loud at a report from Sky's Aiden McGee.
It seems that an outcome in the Mourinho vs Carneiro tribunal is resting on whether or not Jose Moutinho called the physio a "filho de puta" or "daughter of a whore", or "filha de puta"/"son of a whore".
As crazy as it seems, Mourinho is arguing that he said the latter, which is an expression thrown around casually at the Chelsea training ground apparently, and thus is far less offensive than personalising it for Eva Carneiro as she is accusing him of doing.
It remains to be seen what comes from that, but any decision will be made by a man brought into the tribunal with a truly sensational job title.
A 'specialist in Portuguese swearing from Oxford University' will be called upon by Chelsea to determine what was said.
Incredible.
"So Barry, what are you up to these days? - Well, I've just got my masters in Portuguese swearing you filha de puta."
How does one specify that area of expertise? Is there are room at Oxford University where people speak exclusively in Portuguese swear words? Or do they merely study the UFC embedded series from when Jose Aldo fought Conor McGregor?
So many questions, one great Sky Sports News moment.
