With 15 minutes to go during Manchester City's 3-0 win against Huddersfield on Sunday, Sky Sports reporter Patrick Davison made his way into the crowd at the John Smith's Stadium.
Davison thought he had spotted Jan Siewert, the man set to become the new Huddersfield manager.
However, it was not Siewert - currently manager of the Borussia Dortmund reserve side - whom Davison had spotted. Instead, it was Martin from Wakefield.
"It was bizarre," Martin Warhurst told the Press Association after the game.
"Basically what happened is I was sat in the crowd and suddenly I was aware of a guy coming towards me from the right hand side.
"He said: 'Are you Jan, the new manager?' I laughed and said: 'No, no, that's not me. I'm Martin from Wakefield."
🤦♂️@skysports_PatD thought he had found Jan Siewert, the bookies favourite for the #HTAFC job, in the John Smith's stands....

Martin said his phone was abuzz following his unexpected appearance on Sky Sports.
"There was lots of reaction from people in the crowd - just people coming up and having selfies and people patting me on the back and wishing me luck."
