There is something about Sky Sports' Premier League end of season montages that almost brings a tear to my eye. They always seem to perfectly blend 100s of moments together in a way that make stirs a deep emotion inside every football fan.

While I doubt they'll ever better their 2012-13 effort, this season's is still absolutely brilliant. It's set to One Republic's 'I Lived' and by golly, after watching it I thoroughly feel like I did.
