Scott Quigg is still not impressed by Carl Frampton. Despite the fact that Quigg was defeated by the Irishman by split decision in their title unification bout in February, he has been talking to Sky Sports claiming that Frampton would lose July's featherweight bout with Leo Santa Cruz.

Cruz is the undefeated WBC Featherweight champion, and Quigg reckons that his rival won't win:
It's not me being bitter because he got the win over me, I just think, having been in there with him, if I'd have started faster everyone said I'd have won the fight.
I think Santa Cruz is a bit bigger than me and he'll start off like a train and it's whether or not Frampton can out-box him for 12 rounds.
Quigg drew on personal; experience to rationalise his opinion, claiming that Frampton's power is overrated:
What surprised me when I was in with him was his power: he wasn't the thunderous puncher he's got a bit of a reputation for being.
If he can't put a dent in Santa Cruz he is going to be in for a very tough night.
The sub-editors at Sky Sports proved themselves to have a sense of humour, however, as beneath this comment, posted a photograph of the x-ray of the broken jaw Quigg sustained from a Frampton puch. This convenient editing did not escape Frampton's attention, either:

Maybe it was a mistake on Sky's part. Although it is rather convenient.
