MUTV held the unveiling ceremony live on Freeview this afternoon, where some of Sir Alex's former players such as Eric Cantona, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Gary Neville and Ruud Van Nistelrooy joined friends and family along with a gathering of fans celebrating the amazing success he has had since he took charge of Manchester United a staggering 26 years ago.

The statue depicts Sir Alex, arms folded, with a stern look on his face. It's classic Fergie, even down to the coat.
