Look: streaking's pretty stupid. It used to have a harmless, subversive charm but since the streakers failed to innovate their craft, it's lost all of its use. Now at this recent Havant & Waterlooville vs. Dorchester match, this streaker in a David Luiz wig was given all kinds of time on the pitch and when the stewards failed to show any interest in getting him off the pitch, one of the players took the matters into his own hand. Not a red card offense.
