Update: The Shelbourne Twitter account has since tweeted that the tweet was a mistake and was intended to be sent from a personal Twitter account, not the Shelbourne FC one.
Apologies for the comments earlier. That was supposed to be from a personal acct., but was inadvertently sent using this acct. --jaf

Extratime.ie sent out this tweet about an hour ago about press arrangements for Sligo Rovers upcoming Champions League tie against Norway's (and Ole Solksjaer's) Molde:
Unfortunately we won't be able to cover @sligorovers in Champions League as the club have denied our request for a place in the press box

Shelbourne among others slammed them for their treatment of a website that covers the club every week, they posted this tweet immediately after. They have since deleted the tweet and claimed it was mistake. Right.
The inevitable problems that come with a plum tie must be considered here. Sligo have probably be inundated with requests by national outlets and by mediums who ordinarily have no interest in the LOI. A balance has to be struck though for accommodating as much press as possible and rewarding those mediums who promote the league every week. Hopefully Rovers come to their senses.
And Forza Molde? Tasty.
