Squad numbers can sometimes tell a lot about a team. Like when Man United announced theirs this season - leaving the number six jersey free, and moving Anthony Martial to 11 to make room for Ibrahimovic.
And then there is Sheffield Wednesday's - which is sure to infuriate the purists of the game. Traditionally, goalkeepers wear the number one jersey, strikers nine or ten, and right-backs wear two.
Not in Sheffield. Apart from leaving five numbers in the starting eleven free - they've also given new signings Steven Fletcher (a striker) the number six jersey, and goalkeeper Joe Wildsmith the number two.
What?
That's sacrilege that is.
Naturally, Wednesday fans are suitably outraged:
think the real question is why we have a goal keeper playing right back 🙈

Does this mean that Kieron Westwood is still the first choice goalkeeper? How do we know??
