After Shane Long opened the scoring for West Brom against Chelsea on Saturday afternoon he lifted his shirt to reveal a tribute to his grandmother who had died on Friday.

'Rest in Peace Nan' it read. It seemed as if he had been on a quest to celebrate her memory in the game as he scored the first and provided a pin point cross for Peter Odemwingie to nod home the winner.

A performance his grandmother would've been proud of.
