If there was a rugby-style citing commissioner in La Liga, I think Busquets would be unlucky to be punished, as he was nudged slightly and his eyes never look in the direction of the prone Pepe. You could also argue that he wasn't careful enough with his feet, but then again football was never intended to include so much rolling around on the deck.
