It has been a busy period for players uploading ill-advised Instagram photos. Yesterday Norwich City player Sebastien Bassong put up photos of what appeared to be him holding a handgun with the caption "garden shooting session." He said he was practicing for his daughter's security and the photo has since been deleted.

Norwich has since said the gun was a replica but either way, not the most appropriate photo to upload to your account.
