Sure it would warm the cockles of your heart.
We all know Seamus Coleman is a gent but it's still lovely to take a bit of time and enjoy this great video Everton put together of Coleman's day with the Everton in the Community Down Syndrome team in celebration of World Down Syndrome Day.
The Irish captain joined former Everton player Ian Snodin in not only spending the day with the lads but in wearing odds socks to raise awareness for the special day, which takes place today, 21 March.

Coleman was also interviewed by Ollie from the Down Syndrome team where he chatted about his friendship with James McCarthy and what it means to captain Ireland. One thing which did put a bit of a dampner on the day however was that the Donegalman openly admitted to the fact he likes Ed Sheeran's music.
