Ahead of the RTÉ Sports Awards on Sunday night, Seamus Coleman recorded an interview with the national broadcaster.

The Everton full back is one the nominees for Sportsperson of the Year 2014.
During the interview, Coleman revealed his favourite other sportsperson to be fellow Donegalman and All-Ireland winning captain, Michael Murphy.
Coleman also said that his GAA background helped his professional football career as he established the required levels of motivation and commitment early in life.
