Once upon a time, a long, long time ago, Manchester United hammered Spurs following a team-talk from their manager that solely consisted of 'Lads, it's Tottenham'. 

Those days are long gone for Manchester United, with United fans now forced to put up with the fetid carcass of a deadening season under the tutelage of Louis Van Gaal. Such a consistently grim spectacle has drawn the consistent ire of United fans online. The latest manifestation of that anger has come on the Longford Town twitter account, who laid the blame at the feet of Daley Blind for Spurs' first goal:

Following yet another defeat, which will likely consign United to football in the Europa League, the man behind Longford's twitter account will not have to concern himself with Van Gaal for much longer.
