We've already heard form the prosecution but now it's Roy Keane's turn to take the stand at Manchester Magistrate's Court and give his version of events. The Ireland assistant manager is accused of disorderly behaviour in Altrincham, Cheshire on January 30th. He denies the charge.

The court had earlier heard how Keane was behaving aggressively after a taxi driver asked him to smile while he was driving through Altrincham. Keane has taken the stand and it seems his wry personality hasn't taken a beating from the experience.

Update: Keane has since been found not guilty of the public order offence that he was charged with.
