It's Super Sunday and football's favourite duo Roy Keane and Micah Richards are back on the box and they did not disappoint today.

The duo were back on TV together for Sky Sports's Super Sunday Coverage, and as per usual, it wasn't long before an excitable Micah Richards' praise of Danny Welbeck had Keane's eyes rolling sky high.

While Micah had gone all out with his praise of Danny Welbeck, telling viewers that: 'He's such a good human being, he's always willing to learn and help people....and doing the unselfish things'. It wasn't long before it all got a bit much for Keane, who wasted no time shutting Richards down and leaving the studio in hysterics.

Jeez Micah, you're going to have us crying in a minute, everyone's a great human being.

Micah has the last laugh after a hilarious Keane one-liner

While Keane may have got the studio laughing, it was Micah who enjoyed the last laugh after Welbeck bagged a 45th-minute free kick to give Brighton a 2-1 lead at half-time.

In fairness to Keane, he took it all in his stride, praising Welbeck's performance: 'Danny's a great player and he affects games...Danny always affects games and we know that.

However, despite the praise for Welbeck, Keane was least pleased with Forrest keeper Matz Sels, suggesting an unusual punishment for what Keane thought was abysmal goalkeeping.

He should be fined a weeks wages when that goes in, you cannot be beaten on that side, I'd fine him a weeks wages for just for (being) so poor. He's took a gamble leaning to his right, you can't be beaten on that side.

Regardless of the keeper's performance, it was only Welbeck's fourth free kick in the Premier League which made the stunning score all the more impressive.

However, despite Welbeck's efforts, a seventieth-minute goal from Forest saw both sides heading for deadlock. While both teams had their share of chances to steal the three points, nothing could separate them, and they were left sharing the spoils with two goals a piece.
