Roy Keane has questioned why Phil Neville hung around on the Manchester United coaching staff after David Moyes was sacked as manager. Neville joined fellow "Class of '92" members, Nicky Butt and Paul Scholes as an assistant to Ryan Giggs and Roy is wondering why Phil didn't walk with his former boss:
I would like to ask, ‘What did Phil bring to the party?
And when David Moyes left, why didn’t Phil leave with him? Because David brought him in with him. So, interesting.
Should Phil have walked with him?
I don’t know, you would have to ask Phil but I know what I would have done. But we are all different.
That's one principled human being right there. Perhaps the most cutting remark in all of that would be asking what did Phil Neville bring to the United party?
Roy was also in cutting mood about Alex Ferguson yesterday.
