Marcus Rashford has hit back at Roy Keane and Jamie Redknapp after the two Sky Sports pundits were critical of the Manchester United attacker's celebration after his goal in his side's 2-2 draw with Spurs yesterday.
Following his first-half finish to put his side 2-1, Rashford made a 'talking too much' gesture with his hand towards the home crowd, which Keane and Redknapp took as a response to the criticism he has been receiving due to his poor season which has seen him net just four goals so far.
Marcus Rashford Responds To Roy Keane Criticism
However, Twitter user @eternallymoi explained that he was hitting back at the criticism received for his comment of 'Yessir' under an Instagram post from Jadon Sancho after the former Man United player's move to Borussia Dortmund:
He's clearly referring to the abuse he's been subjected to this week since he commented on Sancho's post.
They literally questioned his loyalty and commitment to us, and he did shut them up by scoring AND assisting. If he didn't score, he's shite, if he does it's this BS smh
Rashford responded to this post saying "Thank you for clarifying this matter."

While Keane may have been off the mark asking "why he seems to be upset with everybody", and Redknapp saying "he's got no right to be upset, he's not done the business", the two pundits were also full of praise for Rashford's ability as a footballer.
"We need to see more of this because he's shown it before, he's got the quality," said Keane.
"I think he was simplifying, he's obviously been told by the manager, the coaching staff recently, when we are possession there is space, you've got to run in this game.
We see that yesterday with Newcastle, we see the Man City players, you've got to stretch teams. And when Marcus is doing that, he's very hard to stop."
