Despite all of their problems this season, Roy Keane holds plenty of hope that Manchester United could still produce the goods over the months ahead on the back of their 3-0 victory over Everton this evening.
Erik ten Hag's side had an incredible start to the game, with Alejandro Garnacho producing a goal of the season contender with a remarkable bicycle kick.

Despite this, Everton were the better team for the majority of the first half. They missed a number of chances throughout the opening 45 minutes and would have counted themselves unfortunate to go in trailing at the break.
However, the second half was a very different story.
Manchester United were the dominant side, with a penalty from Marcus Rashford and a strike from Anthony Martial ensuring that they would run out as 3-0 winners.

Roy Keane impressed with one part of Manchester United win over Everton
Manchester United have been heavily criticised at time this season, but they are currently in the midst of a very impressive run of results in the Premier League. This win moves them up to sixth and just four points outside the top four.
Roy Keane has been as critical as anyone when it comes to the form of his former club, although he was impressed with one aspect of their performance on this occasion.
Speaking on Sky Sports after the game, the Cork native said he happy to see their forward players get their 'swagger' back at Goodison Park.
"A little bit of their swagger coming back"

What we saw as well today, and it was good to see from United, for all the troubles of Everton, Man United have had a difficult few months with their form and talk of a takeover.
There were glimpses there today, with the chances in the second half, that a little bit of the swagger was coming back. That was nice to see...
When you're at a big club as an attacking player, it's about scoring goals. At United the attacking players have got to turn up...
We keep on about the talent Man United have got, but you've got to see a bit more of this. When you're under pressure, put your body on the line.
They gave up one or two chances, but you need your attacking players to turn up and give you that breathing space. I was critical at halftime of some of the attacking players, I thought they needed a bit more in terms of their hold-up play and stretching them. That's exactly what they done, you need that from your attacking players.
People like Rashford and Martial, they get the big money, they have to turn up and score goals. Manchester United throughout the season, defensively haven't been conceding a crazy amount of goals. It's going forward that has been their big problem.
Today, you had the players taking their chances. It will be a relief for the attacking players that they found the back of the net, it gives the whole club a lift.
A fair assessment.
Manchester United's attacking players have been poor this season, but as Roy Keane pointed out, the Everton performance was a reminder that they are more than capable of deciding the outcome of games when they are at their best.
