Roy Keane famously fell out with many players during his career as a manager but it's clear he harbours no regrets, if we're to take his comments from the latest Overlap podcast at face value.
Keane appeared on Sky's new 'Stick To Football' show with Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher, Jill Scott and Ian Wright this week. The topic of Jadon Sancho being dropped by Erik Ten Hag was raised, which eventually brought Neville around to asking Keane about his own clashes with players during his time as a manager.
There are countless stories of dust-ups between Keane and players he managed. In the case of Jon Walters, there were tensions with Keane both at club and international level. When asked by Neville about falling out with players as a manager, Keane had a lot to say. Unsurprisingly, perhaps, he said has no regrets about his actions and remains 'convinced' that was he right.
"I fell out with lads when I was manager of Sunderland, Ipswich and when I was working with Martin [O'Neill] with Ireland."
"I looked back, I analysed it and I'm convinced, and I still am, that I was right. The lads I would fall out with were complete idiots who did nothing with their careers or their lives afterwards.
"So that gives me a bit of comfort. No one has ever really proved me wrong. No one has ever proved me wrong on that side of it.

Roy Keane on Jadon Sancho situation
Keane also said a 'good dressing room' at Manchester United would sort the Sancho situation, though he was quite critical of Sancho as well.
"I find it very hard to have a conversation about a player who doesn't train properly. I can't understand it."
You can watch the whole episode below, which features an anecdote at the start of Keane upbraiding a dog walker who hadn't picked up her dog's poo.
'I have disagreements with people who don't pick up their dog poo. So there was a bit of an incident this morning. It was quite calm. The woman didn't see her dog having a poo.
I reminded her, 'you're on poo watch'.
