Denis Irwin and Roy Keane were the best of friends during their Manchester United days and when you look at how much they have in common it is easy to see why.
Both United legends played together for Ireland, they are both from Cork, and both were no nonsense footballers who put their bodies on the line in every game.
The Irish duo roomed together in their United days and when they went on international duty, but considering that both players were known for their fiery tempers, there was likely to be some friction at times.
Speaking on the latest episode of The Overlap, Keane reminded Irwin of one time that they fell out on the pitch, and the row continued even when they got back to the hotel that night.

"The only one I really remember, and I don't mean nights out, it was after a game - we played a European game, something happened, I remember you had a few words with me, and I thought it was somebody else.
"It was against Juventus, yeah, and that was the only time I remember - every now and again we would stay in a hotel after a game, and we stayed after having a bit of a bust-up.
"That was the only one where we went back to the room and it was a bit quiet, a bit frosty.
"It was the only time we really kind of went after each other, which is not bad in 12 or 13 years (rooming together)."
On the pitch, the two stars were a part of an incredibly successful United team that regularly won trophies, and they enjoyed a brilliant international career that saw them reach World Cups.
It was a golden time for Ireland fans who could watch the best players of their country play for some of the biggest teams in the world, as other Irishmen were high flying as well, such as Paul McGrath, Niall Quinn, David O'Leary and many more.
