Everton twice came from a goal down against Watford to get a draw at Goodison Park.
The Premier League new boys took the lead in the first half through Miguel Layun and maintained it until the second half.
It required a spectacular 76th strike from Ross Barkley to get the home side back into the game. Arouna Kone laid it off to the England midfielder and he smashed it past Heurelho Gomes.

Seven minutes after Barkley's goal, Odion Ighalo had Watford in front again but Arouna Kone grabbed a point for Everton when he equalised in the 86th minute.
