Another Premier League footballer has fallen foul of the perils of Twitter, with Robert Huth facing an FA charge of aggravated misconduct for replies he had made to an account on the site. The Stoke defender, and Christmas hater, had responded to an account which posted sexual images, asking users to guess their gender, imaginatively named cock or no cock.
The German has already taken to Twitter to apologise, however, that may not be enough and he now faces a ban and possible fine. Rio Ferdinand was charged with a similar offence earlier in the year and was ultimately fined £25,000 and banned for three games.

It would certainly be one of the strangest, and most preventable, reasons for a ban what we've seen.
