Robbie Savage Has One-Upped Gary Lineker's Infamous Bet Like Only He Can

Love him or hate him, Robbie Savage is everywhere these days, but we could be about to see a lot more of him than many would like.

If Hull City do the unthinkable, that is.

Yes, the infamous Gary Lineker pants bet appears to have set the standard for former-player-turned-pundits to write off a team's chances of winning the Premier League title, as Savage has had a go himself, albeit with a lot more on the line.

The uproar at the "pants" actually being a pair of shorts, and Lineker only doing the intro to the first match while wearing them was bizarre, but Savage has made his own bet, and there'll be no getting out of this if football really has changed forever and Hull City don't stop winning.

It sounds outrageous, but so did Leicester winning the league.

Hull have won two out of two matches despite having as little as 13 first-team players available for their season opener against the defending champions Leicester, and you get the feeling that if they managed to defeat Jose Mourinho's Manchester United this coming weekend, then Robbie Savage may start to sweat.

Imagine if BT Sport actually allowed it to happen? Or don't... Yeah, don't imagine that.
