Tonight's friendly with Oman is the the last time we will see Robbie Keane make an international appearance.
It's something we knew was coming for some time, and yet it is still difficult to imagine a Republic of Ireland squad without Keano in it. The result doesn't really matter tonight, all that matters is that Robbie gets the sendoff he deserves, but everybody watching, even some of the Oman fans we're sure, would love to see the main man find the back of the net.
It is also the last chance that those who fancy a flutter will have to bet on Robbie Keane in an Ireland match. A man who has won so many people so many first goalscorer bets down the years, we had a look at the odds for his last game to suggest a few options if you want to back Ireland's all-time leading goalscorer one last time.
2016 is the only year in which Robbie Keane has not scored for Ireland since making his debut. That has to change tonight. We've had a look around a few sites to find the average odd on the following bets:
Correct score: 0-0 @ 9/1
This is a Republic of Ireland friendly, you simply cannot rule out the possibility of it being a really crap 0-0.
Just in case Oman as a nation always preferred Dimitar Berbatov to Keano and want to park the bus in order to spoil his big day, 9/1 is very tempting to cover your bets.
Robbie Keane first goalscorer @ 13/5
It has to happen, doesn't it?
One last time, a Robbie Keane first goalscorer bet coming though would be magical. Would he do the cartwheel? Just for old time's sake? Decent odds considering every single player in a green jersey will be doing everything they can to set him up.
Robbie Keane wincast @ evens
The ideal outcome, you've got to imagine that if Robbie does find the net at any stage it will be en route to a win, so a Robbie Keane wincast at evens is a great shout for a treble or accumulator with the other games tonight.
Keano will probably be on free-kicks too, just for the craic.
Ireland to score a penalty @ 4/1
If we get into the second half and a goal doesn't look like it's coming, Irish players will be throwing themselves everwhere trying to win a penalty.
It would be fitting of the man to tuck home a penalty on his last hurrah, and 4/1 is well worth 20 quid.
Robbie Keane to score a hat-trick @ 7/1
BELIEVE.
The perfect send off, three goals, to put his total at an even 70... The most romantic international retirement ever, it's a possibility, and at around7/1 you could pay for the celebrations afterwards.
