LA Galaxy beat Chicago Fire 4-0 in their opening game of the MLS season. Robbie Keane had a hand in all four goals, his strike partner Mike Magee grabbed a hat-trick and Keane himself scored the fourth.

After Magee had completed his hat-trick he pulled off an homage to Keane's trademark celebration, it was severely lacking in a cartwheel though. In a post-match interview, when asked to rate Magee's celebration, Keane replied "terrible" adding that he got to see a real one later.
