Both Aston Villa and Norwich are reportedly interested in signing Robbie Brady from Hull City.
According to the Daily Mirror, Tim Sherwood hopes to 'pinch' the left-back/winger from the relegated side. They also say that newly promoted Norwich are interested bring the Dubliner back to the Premier League and that Hull are 'open to offers'.
Brady was named Man of the Match on Saturday as Ireland drew with Scotland in the Euro 2016 qualifiers. Playing at left-back, he put in a number of dangerous crosses including the corner from which Ireland's goal resulted.
The 23-year-old played 29 times for Hull last season as Steve Bruce's team were relegated from English football's top tier.
Another Irish winger, James McClean, is also apparently close to a move to a midlands club. Sky Sports report that West Brom tabled a £1.5 million offer today and a deal is close to being agreed.
