RTE pundits Richie Sadlier and Kenny Cunningham were at the centre of another heated debate during RTE's World Cup coverage of the France v Algeria match last night.
When the subject got on to a particularly shocking lunging tackle by Blaisse Matuidi on Ogenyi Onazi, the punditry duo did not see eye to eye. The Nigerian had to be stretchered off the pitch after the challenge.

Sadler was adamant that the Frenchman should have been sent off for the offence, and he was backed up with support from Ronnie Whelan. Cunningham confessed that he thought the tackle only warranted a yellow card. As expected, Sadlier was not to keen to let this go. Check out the video below.
