Former Ireland international Richard Dunne has echoed the criticism of James McClean towards Declan Rice following England's defeat to Greece last night.
McClean had previously claimed that Rice, who actually played two international friendlies with Ireland, wasn't a world class player.
The Arsenal star endured a difficult night against Greece last night, and speaking on Vigin Media TV, Dunne couldn't help but reiterate McClean's original point.

You're watching the game and you're going 'is Declan Rice a world class number six, who can control that area of the pitch on his own?' - On tonight's evidence no.
"I understand it is a big ask, but the best can do it, Rodri can do it, so the best players in the world can do it, we seen at Arsenal that Rice needs someone alongside him to get the best out of him, and that doesn't mean he's not a good player.
"He is brilliant at what he does, but that number six role, I don't think he's capable - I think Trent Alexander Arnold coming inside is an experiment that everyone keeps trying, but out of possession he's not good enough.
"He keeps getting away with it because in possession he is so good."

These comments echo those of McClean, who told RTE last summer, that the England midfielder "doesn't justify the hype."
I find with Musiala that he justifies the hype, I think that Declan Rice is very overrated.
"Don't get me wrong, I think he's a very good footballer but the way the English media waxes lyrical about him is completely over the top.
"For me, he's not world class. World class, for me, is someone who gets in every single side in the world and he doesn't do that."
It was a rare night of positivity for Ireland as they defeated Finland to register their first ever win in the Nation's League, thanks to a late Robbie Brady goal.
