Manchester United are still on the hunt for a midfielder as a deal for Nemanja Matic appears to be no closer to conclusion, but reports emerging on Saturday suggest that the club could allow one to leave before they bring another one in.

Marouane Fellaini is someone that Jose Mourinho has a lot of trust in, so it is a tad surprising that Turkish outlet Ajanspor [via Turkish-Football.com] have claimed that he has agreed personal terms with Galatasaray.

Galatasaray have struck a deal with Manchester United star midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Turkish outlet Ajanspor claim that Galatasaray have agreed personal terms with the 29-year-old. Per the source, the Lions are yet to agree a transfer fee with Manchester United.

Fellaini has been frequently linked with a move to the Turkish Super League in the past 12 months.

While the big Belgian is certainly not everybody's cup of tea, he put in some strong performances for Man Utd last season and won a number of the fans over after he was booed by a section of the Old Trafford crowd in December of last year.

Regardless of how he is thought of by the supporters, Mourinho is unlikely to want to allow Fellaini to leave especially if he can't bring in someone like Matic, but we'll wait and see if Galatasaray put in a formal offer in the coming days.

One thing is for sure, every Premier League player would be happy to see the back of Fellaini and his razor sharp elbows.
