Holy silly lawsuits Batman! DC Comics have taken to the courts to sue Valencia over the bat symbol on the club's badge. The BBC report that DC Comics launched their case against Valencia's new badge as far back as May 2013 and believe it is too close to their own image of Batman.

Valencia have used some sort of variation on a bat symbol on their badge as far back as 1919 while a story about a man dressing up as a bat and fighting criminals is significantly younger than that, a fact we presume will form a large part of the La Liga's side defence.
Eurosport have helpfully developed a graphic that distinguishes between the two and they're as different and night and later that night.
