While Liverpool's form has been a bit hit and miss since the return of the Premier League season, one of their players has been lighting it up elsewhere.

Having struggled with injuries over the past couple of years, striker Rhian Brewster has had a huge impact on loan at Swansea. He moved to the Championship side in January, hitting the ground running right away. He scored four goals in 11 appearances before the campaign was brought to a halt.

He has been on anther level since the season resumed last month. His record of six goals in nine games (including four in his last six appearances) has led the club to an unlikely play-off spot.

Considering this was Brewster's first taste of senior football, it is an incredibly impressive record. He has scored a couple of scorchers too.

While he will be participating in the play-offs in the coming days, thoughts are already turning to where he will be playing his football next season.

Liverpool could opt to keep him as a squad player, although another loan move would likely be more beneficial to the 20-year old.

According to The Sun, Sheffield United are already eyeing a move for Brewster in the coming weeks, while Swansea also hope to renew their loan deal for another season.

Chris Wilder will be looking to add a striker this summer as Lys Mousset is likely on his way out of the club. That would leave plenty of room for Brewster in the attack, with Sheffield United playing two up front in every game.

Swansea would likely need to achieve promotion to have any hope of keeping the player. Liverpool would surely want him to move to the Premier League considering the success he had had during a short stint in the Championship.

You would also imagine that those two are unlikely to be his only suitors.

This is certainly one to keep an eye on.
