The football season may be on hold at the minute, but hasn't stopped people looking forward to potential transfer deals that could take place in the off-season.
While it is highly likely the transfer plans of clubs will be affected by the coronavirus, we will still see deals get over the line before next seasons gets underway.
It appears that some teams have already entered negotiations.
Spanish outlet SPORT are reporting that Barcelona and Juventus have agreed a deal in principle that would see Nelson Semedo move to to Turin. In return, Barcelona will receive Miralem Pjanic, Mattia De Sciglio, and €25million.
Semedo has made 29 appearance for the Spanish side in all competitions this season, acting mainly as the first choice right back.
That is a position Juventus have failed to fill consistently in recent years. Dani Alves, Joao Cancelo, Danilo, and De Sciglio have all featured in the role. At 26-years old, Semedo could a long-term solution for the club.
From Barcelona's point of view, Sergi Roberto and De Sciglio would be more than capable of replacing the outgoing defender. They would also pick up the Pjanic, a player they have long been credited with an interest in.
The Bosnian would be an immediate upgrade on Ivan Rakitic, who is also two years his senior.
SPORT claim that the Catalan club have already agreed contracts with the two Juve men, with Semedo open to moving in the other direction. It had been speculated that Arthur could also be part of the deal, but he seems unwilling to leave the Camp Nou as things stand.
This is certainly one to keep an eye on in the coming weeks.
