We were wise to go to a pub last night with no TV rather than endure the boring 1-0 spectacle that was Man United v Arsenal. It sounded liked it was football giving the working world two grubby middle fingers.

That said, there was some satisfaction in watching Wayne Rooney aim his second half penalty at Eastlands. The poor fella. Remember when he got all turned on when he scored a penalty against Rangers three weeks ago? This time, he psyched himself out.
