Reece James' private performance coach has appeared to aim a dig at Chelsea o social media after the defender suffered another injury setback.
Since his breakthrough in 2019, Reece James has been one of Chelsea's most consistent players. His ability to play at both right and left back, along with his abilities going forward has made him a key player for Graham Potter's side.
In October, Reece James looked set to be a key part of the England side in Qatar, before a knee injury ruled him out of the tournament.
In what was a setback for not only Chelsea fans, but also for England, who were fortunate to have several options at right back.
Yesterday marked Chelsea's return to action in the Premier League, and the return of Reece James, who was raring to go after a period on the sidelines.
Reece James Personal Coach Speaks Out
In what was a comfortable 2-0 victory over Bournemouth, it was another injury setback for Reece James that dominated the headlines as he was replaced in the 53rd minute, in what looks to be a repeat of the injury that ruled him out of the World Cup.
With the 23-year-old not able to catch a break this season, it appears all is not what it seems. His personal trainer, James Ralph seemed to aim a dig at Chelsea on his Instagram story, with the caption, "I need to bite my tongue despite having a lot to say".

He has since deleted the story, but it has left Chelsea fans wondering what he has been hinting at.
Reece James has since tweeted about his latest setback.
