Real Madrid have announced the man to replace Zinedine Zidane as current Spain manager Julen Lopetegui.
Zidane shocked his team by announcing his departure from the Bernabeu weeks after he had guided Madrid to their third consecutive Champions League trophy, defeating Liverpool 3-1 in Ukraine and although Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino had been linked with the job, Madrid president Florentino Perez has plumped for Lopetegui.
Lopetegui will take the reigns after coaching Spain in the World Cup, with the 51-year-old agreeing a three-year deal with the La Liga side. Lopetegui spent part of his footballing career at Real Madrid, but only managed one senior appearance for the club.
Spain are the only team in Russia who have remained undefeated from Euro 2016 to the World Cup.

Julen Lopetegui will be the coach of Real Madrid after the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
