With Chelsea leading 2-1 against Spurs, Juan Mata broke clear of the defence thanks so a Hazard flick. Kyle Walker caught up with him forcing him to check his run and play a pass to the on-running Ramires instead.

Instead he incited laughter with a face-plant which without a doubt ranks in my personal Top 50 face-plants of all time.
