Mauricio Pochettino was sacked by Spurs last week, ending his five year stint at the club. The club have gone through a torrid patch of form since the end of last season and it is not a huge shock to see him leave.
Getting sacked in November is not ideal, for the manager or the club. It shows a lack of patience in managers and is a real sign of the team looking like a bit of a lost cause.
Since the inception of the Premier League in 1992, 26 managers have left their posts in the month of November. Most of them were sacked, while a few resigned or left to take up other jobs.
